Anything and everything around my surroundings, no matter how frivolous or integral they may appear to the world, continues to inspire the artist-self in me to surrender to the canvas. I cannot rest; I cannot sleep until I could bring life to my imaginations. No desire, no pleasure pleases me more than the images in my mind riding brushes on paper. My canvas and me, we are oneself. Me and my canvas, there is a love story going on. We romantically gaze at each other, let ourselves fly with the flow, make love for hours even days until discrete imaginations metamorphose to take wings. Not an exhibitionist of painterly skills as I do not risk concept over construct. Is it really worth to let the techniques break the joyous acceleration of emotions? To me painting is a medium to express my feelings of the seen and unseen elusive sights and understanding of the ever-changing nature and happening. With the pace of time my compositions in painting have gradually become simplistic and its way of expression even simpler. My artistry glides very easily on paper with pencil, charcoal, pastel, acrylic, water color, color pencil, poster color.
